Qiming Casting-China’s Wear-resistant Casting Industry Leader
Qiming Casting is a Chinese foundry that produces wear-resistant materials for the mining, quarrying, cement, coal, and metal recycling sectors.
Qiming Casting is a Chinese foundry that produces wear-resistant materials for the mining, quarrying, cement, coal, and metal recycling sectors.
Qiming Casting is one of the largest manganese steel, chromium steel, and alloy steel foundry in China. Products include crusher wear parts, Crusher spare parts, mill liners, shredder wear parts, apron feeder pans, and electric rope shovel parts.
As a professional wear-resistant parts foundry, Qiming Casting can produce wear parts of different materials according to customer needs.
Manganese steel, or Hadfield steel or mangalloy, is a steel alloy containing 12-14% manganese. Renowned for its high impact strength and resistance to abrasion in its hardened state, the steel is often described as the ultimate work-hardening steel.

Chrome steel, also called chrome white iron, has numerous applications in any application involving severe abrasive wear, including liners for chutes, apron feeders, crusher chambers, etc.

Alloy steel casting is the steel casting process in which numerous elements are alloyed with each other in total amounts between 1.0% and 50% by weight to improve their mechanical properties. Alloy steels are divided into two groups: low-alloy steels and high-alloy steels. Low-alloy steels are most commonly used in wear-resistant parts.

Metal Matrix Composites (MMC) are composite materials that combine metal matrix and ceramic reinforcement materials to achieve better physical properties. They can meet various customer needs, such as maintaining the original shape and weight and improving rigidity, keeping the original rigidity and reducing weight, or achieving better heat dissipation performance.
Metal Matrix Composites (MMCs) have significantly transformed the benchmarks for wear-resistant materials within high-abrasion sectors such as mining, cement, and recycling. In the face of escalating competition and heightened operational requirements, enterprises leverage sophisticated MMC solutions to enhance the performance and durability of their equipment.

Carbide inlay refers to the process of casting TIC carbide rods in a high-manganese steel matrix to extend the product’s service life.
Our engineers inlay the titanium carbide rods on the working surface of the liner. When the stone enters the crushing chamber, it first comes into contact with the raised titanium carbide rods, which wear very slowly due to their ultra-hardness and wear resistance. At the same time, due to the protective effect of the titanium carbide rods, the matrix of the high manganese steel also slowly comes into contact with the stone, and the matrix hardens.
Material Grades:
Bimetallic composites are exceptional laminated products resistant to impact and abrasion while retaining ductile characteristics by bonding high-chromium cast iron onto mild steel backing plates. The bonding shear strength is over 210 Mpa and will not separate.
High-chromium cast iron, with a hardness of at least 63 HRC, provides very high wear-resistant qualities, while the steel backing plate absorbs high impacts and allows easy use and installation with no pre-heating when welding.
